Early Friday morning, our heroes awaken to the moon setting, and finally, the freedom to leave the locations they fell asleep in the night before. It's a normal morning... if you ignore the sirens echoing through the city streets.

Police and prinnies have gathered in certain locations. With the sight of heroes giving them hope, they call upon you for help in searching for evidence, that we may all learn what happened on Thursday night.

So what are you waiting for? The investigation is yours.

Welcome, heroes, to your weekly investigation!

We will be posting top-levels for locations to be searched - one set at 6 PM EST / 3 PM PST and the second at 7 PM EST / 4 PM PST. Each block will run for two hours during which characters can search the locations for evidence related to the events of Thursday night, and each location will have something to find. Please coordinate investigation groups on Discord, as we ask that group threads consist of no more than 2-3 characters.

Once the two hours are up - at 8 PM EST / 5 PM PST for block one and 9 PM EST / 6 PM PST for block two - threads will no longer receive mod tags and the investigation will conclude for the night. Whether you find everything is up to you, but don't worry if you don't! Characters will get the chance to revisit locations tomorrow at trial. At 9 PM EST / 6PM PST, an announcement will go up, confirming the victim(s).

anyway, nothing appears super off at a glance, but she does spot something in a corner of the garage. maybe it's just trash. you know how garages are, people litter all the time. ]

[If Robin goes over to where Saya is, they both will find...a knife! Just laying there on the ground in the corner of the garage.

she will take a picture of it on the ground before doing anything else. can her knife mind palace detect if it's bloody or stained with anything? or are we blind until tomorrow?

where is the knife laying in relation to the entrance to the lobby? is there anything of note on the ground around it...?]

[Robin is around the same area that Saya is and she'll look around the area where the knife was located. Is there anything different about the entrance to the lobby?]

[ You're blind to bloody(?) knives until tomorrow.

The knife is laying in a corner near the entrance to the lobby, but that's really the only thing that's visible here. ]

no cars parked in the garage? nothing on the ceiling?]

[Is there anything on the walls? All of the lights still intact?]

[ There are cars, just as usual.

she's going to look through the car windows to check if there's anything of interest inside. also bend down to look under the cars?]

[Robin will check the hood of the cars and the roofs to see if there's anything on top.

[ Looking at the bottom of the cars, Saya can see there's a shoe farther away from them.

There's nothing on the hood of the cars, the roofs, or in the cars themselves. ]

okay, well. she heads over to the shoe. is it just laying there on the ground...? no prints, puddles or anything around it?

can she tell what kind of shoe this is today?]

[Robin will look at the area around the shoe. Is there anything on the wall? Or any other piece of clothing nearby?]

[ She can't tell what kind of shoe that is right now.

There's nothing on the wall. No other pieces of clothing.

Where else are they looking? ]

is there anything in the entrance? the exit? not the ones leading to the lobby, but the ones where the cars enter and exit the parking itself. i don't know the layout to this parking garage.]

[Is there anything about the parking garage that stands out? Are all the signs on the wall? Anything by the door leading to the next floor of the parking garage or is the door blocked?]

[ Parking garages for casinos are generally very large. Since you've started walking further away from the entrance.

There's a phone with a cracked screen on the ground, further away from the shoe. ]

[i guess we are doing laps around this garage

she takes a picture of the phone where they found it. anything laying under the phone, or in the area surrounding it?

she will keep checking inside and under the cars while they get further away from the entrance, too.]

[Robin will walk around the garage to see if there are other things that stand out in the spaces in between the cars.

She'll check the hood and the roofs of the cars while she's walking around.]

[ Near the phone Saya will find a body in a grey suit. A very familiar grey suit.

Reigen is dead.

sorry to the rest of this investigation but she is going to immediately drop down on the ground next to the body and grab his hand, assuming he has one, and check for a pulse that is not there. i hate this family!!!!!]

[Robin walks over when she hears her and she stops when she sees the familiar grey suit.

No...

Robin drops down next to Saya as she looks at Reigen's lifeless form.

This family is falling apart!]
