Whew, what a stressful way to end a week! After that, maybe our heroes could use a relaxing stroll downtown? Just hop on the S.U.P.E.R. to check out the new locations!

This week Amethyst Snake, Crimson Phoenix, White Tiger, and Yellow Rabbit can be found patrolling the city or watching construction.

If you wander the streets, you're sure to run into a prinny or two trying to sell you the Monday newspaper. Looks like there is something spicy this week! Luckily, you always seem to have the right amount of cash for such things.

Should heroes go stargazing at night, they will find that the moon appears to be in the new moon phase. Yes, all week. Villains tend to wander more at night, however, so the local authorities would suggest staying in after dark, unless you plan to try your hand at fighting crime. They welcome the help.

It appears that they have earned some new tokens to use on the AMAZOOM app. What cards will they get this week?

You may not be feeling cuddly anymore, but now there's a new problem. When you go to use your personal powers this week, you'll find that it does something you're not expecting. Hey, isn't that someone else's power? Better learn how that works fast, before you cause more problems in the city!

[teamwork makes the dream work! rave and vanine flawlessly retrieve a hose from the firetruck and turn it on tarkea. fwooooooosh go the water. the fireprinnies watch this happen with awe! wow, it's like they're watching a training video, except in person, and also there is fire.

with a roll of 18, our intrepid heroes hear something above the roar of the flames.

they hear someone shouting from inside the building.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN, YOU CAN'T RING ME UP? I CAME HERE TO MAKE A PURCHASE!"




sounds like there's a karen in there preventing the employees from escaping from the fire! what do you do?]

[ The red head turns his head immediately in the direction of the voice. Then he nods — before focusing right on attempting his best to help extinguish the flames billowing right in front of them. Axel is great at setting them, not putting 'em out, but here they go!

...Then, all of that happens. The look on his face reads 'are you kidding me'. ]

Damnit, who's being a pain in the — Vane, can you just. Back me up? Either with keeping the fire at bay, or come along with me! I might need help in grabbing whoever is making a mess of things, and carryin' em out if they're getting in the way of other people!

[ Can't believe he's doing this, but Axel is going to just...run into the building with some buckets nearby. If there's any flames in the way he's going to throw them, and make an attempt to deal with the Karen, shouting at them there's a fire and to GET OUT. ]

[ Percival has made him accustomed to flames, and Vane himself is much better with water -- so he knows how to at least calm them.

And then here comes the hollering, causing him to cant his head with slight confusion. What the hell is going on???? ]

Yeah, man, go in there and do your thing! I'll make sure the path stays clear and if you need help just holler.

[ This is the first time he's met a Karen out in the wild. Man. MAN. ]

[inside the building, axel will find that most of the employees and shoppers have already successfully evacuated. however, the karen is gripping one poor sap by the shirt and refusing to allow them to abandon their station, forcibly hauling them back to the register where three carts of products await.

a roll of 8 means his shouting about there being a fire and to get out does not convince the karen to leave.

"Fire shouldn't be an excuse to slack off! What are they getting paid for? I want my stuff and I want it now!"

the poor employee looks terrified.



meanwhile, with vane, the path may be harder to keep clear than he thinks, because there's now a crowd of onlookers gathering at the scene of the crime. some of them come right up to him and start asking questions while he's trying to keep the flames under control.

"Who set the fire? Who did this? Are you going to catch them? What if we're all next! Oh no! The whole city's going to burn down!"

"Can we go in there? I just need to buy one thing. It'll be really quick!"

"Can I take a selfie with you? You look sooooooo cool fighting the fire!"

Alright then...Fine.

Have it your way. Just remember, I asked nicely.

[ Actually he shouted, but hey he doesn't care that's asking nicely in the current situation. Axel might be a chill guy, but his temper is actually rather short when triggered. He's gnashing his teeth just a little, and deciding to get in-between them.

Playing ~nice~ (lol) is over. He's going to try to then haul the Karen away and direct the poor sap to get out, as well as bodily give it his best to pull the Karen too because he does not trust the belligerent customer to attempt to do something incredibly stupid.

If he has trouble with this part he's gonna shout for Vane's help, though. ]

[ Vane is doing his best to keep the flames calm while Axel is inside, looking to the fire more than he is the citizens approaching with a whirlwind of questions. ]

Everyone please stand back! The last thing we'd want is for anyone of you to get hurt.

And don't worry, we'll have this taken care of in a jiffy!!

[ He'll wink for the selfie. Yeah. ]

[the employee looks so incredibly grateful when axel inserts himself between the two of them. "Thank you, Rave! I'll always remember this!" the poor sap says, running away before the karen can do anything else.

the karen, who is being hauled away, does not appreciate this. in fact, she outright screams right in axel's ear.

"HOW DARE YOU! THIS IS KIDNAPPING! I'M CALLING THE COPS!"

she is also struggling and causing a fuss, but she is mostly just full of rage and not actually full of strength, so he can haul her out of there.

outside, vane is doing an admirable job of soothing the citizens! one of them is still panicking a little about the idea of the fire consuming the entire city, but everyone else is calming down enough that he feels kind of foolish about continuing to voice his fears, so he stops saying it out loud and instead just stares at the flames in fear.

but! they are dying down. the fireprinnies cheer. the citizens cheer.

the one taking a selfie with vane swoons.

"Vanine, you're my favorite!"

all of this means that axel has an easy route out of the burning building!]
