There are definitely, definitely worse kinds of music, Datz. I've been kind of listening to a lot of 70s and 80s rock lately anyway. [ he says, from the year 2023ish. ] Just to change up some stuff. But this just means we can still be friends, so.

Where I grew up it sometimes took a while for songs from overseas to make it there, and most of 'em weren't huge hits there like they were in the west [ except for summer of '69 for some reason ], but the bits I remember are still kinda nostalgic.

No, that makes sense. It was like that for a little while I was growing up, too, but once we moved to the US things picked up again. [ then again the first vinyls only came out a few years before... thoughts to be banished. ]

I'd say you're dating yourself, but considering I have this song on, like, four of my playlists at home I can't say much. It's a classic. Things worth being nostalgic about, you know?
