Whew, what a stressful way to end a week! After that, maybe our heroes could use a relaxing stroll downtown? Just hop on the S.U.P.E.R. to check out the new locations!

This week Amethyst Snake, Crimson Phoenix, White Tiger, and Yellow Rabbit can be found patrolling the city or watching construction.

If you wander the streets, you're sure to run into a prinny or two trying to sell you the Monday newspaper. Looks like there is something spicy this week! Luckily, you always seem to have the right amount of cash for such things.

Should heroes go stargazing at night, they will find that the moon appears to be in the new moon phase. Yes, all week. Villains tend to wander more at night, however, so the local authorities would suggest staying in after dark, unless you plan to try your hand at fighting crime. They welcome the help.

It appears that they have earned some new tokens to use on the AMAZOOM app. What cards will they get this week?

You may not be feeling cuddly anymore, but now there's a new problem. When you go to use your personal powers this week, you'll find that it does something you're not expecting. Hey, isn't that someone else's power? Better learn how that works fast, before you cause more problems in the city!

[ there are several explosions at the electronics store. it's a lot of sizzling and crackling and popping as showers of sparks rain around the store, and in the middle of it appears to be a clone of nico di angelo lazily trying to zap the real nico.

who is. holding a child-sized replica weapon of some kind?. he's busy swinging, attempting to strike his clone down while said clone dodges around him. ]

How are you an even more annoying opponent than I am?

[ "I dunno. Probably because you're still too weak?"

anyway you may want to move because that just causes him to swing harder and the clone is dodging to be right in front of whoever you may be. ]

Hey, Niclone! Aren't you a lil' young for that kind of facial hair!?

[ said as she throws a boombox from a display right at the mustachio'd clone to ideally give nico some time to swoop in and get a few whacks in! ]

[resumed]

[ niclone. nice. he (luckily) does not turn when he hears jolyne behind him. the clone, however, seems a little insulted by this. and attempts to sidestep the boombox. ]

"Very ageist of you, don't you think?"

[ but it does give nico enough time to slip forward and just jab the clone in the chest. it's. listen. it's a rubber replica store, all this does is cause the clone to lose its balance and topple into a display rack of headphones with an indignant yelp. ]

Nice aim! [ thank you for the assist. ] Where are they even coming from?

[floridas]

I'unno, some evil hole in the earth maybe~! I knew it, I knew something awful was gonna happen today.

Must be because of my secret ability...

[ good god she looks so tired ]

Ugh... anyways. What do we wanna do with him? Maybe we can lock his weird ass up in a storage closet or something. Or maybe trap him under a bunch of TVs...

[ she doesn't want to kill clone!nico. mostly because it's weird. but she is picking up what looks like it might have been a narrow display's shelf? anyways, she's not gonna stop nico if he does wanna destroy his own clone. ]

[ sorry he is immediately distracted by that comment, hold on. ]

Is that still happening? [ don't sound so amused? but he's doing a quick scan while his clone is busy scrambling back to its feet. on the other hand, it seems to murmur something that only nico can hear that immediately pisses him off again and he strikes again to topple over another rack of DVDs to rebury his clone. ]

Closet probably won't work. Maybe...don't they have those cages for the electronics they really don't want you to steal? If we can back him in there?

"I can still hear you." [ from under a pile of garbage. ]

[floridas]

[ she just nods slowly. ]

Mmhmm~!

[ painfully perky before she swings around with the shelf to smack the pile meanly. ]

And I don't wanna hear you! [ with her voice softer: ] Where do you think they keep those? I can try and keep this one distracted while you find one?

[foreverphantom]

[ shouting from the sidelines somewhere: ]

Come on, Nico, you can find a better weapon than that!

[resumed]

Believe me, if I could, I would! But stick with what you know, right? [ he says this without taking his eyes off of the clone who flicks a wrist to try and pop the lightbulbs above danny's head. ] Feel like helping me out or what?

[ turns into a pink horse? ]

Well at least you're bigger. [ the clone is busy pulling the electrical energy from the bulb to try and electrify the area around nico's feet, which means he's dodging back into the horse. ]

Think a hard enough kick'll knock him out?

[ well now danny can only feel horse emotions, so.

(is that how nimona's powers work? idk, it is now)

all he feels now is anger 2.

horse danny charges at clone nico, ready to absolutely trample the shit out of him ]

[she's also here - she kind of hesitates because she doesn't want to hit nico in any form but she will, in fact, try to grab mister nico's clone and wrap her arms around him and yank him into the way of real nico's bonking range. bear hugs him into getting hit.]

[resumed]

[ it's fine, this nico looks terrible with facial hair.



anyway the clone, like, shrieks? real loud because some things are the same and it includes touch aversion. the lights stop flickering and the wall of tvs behind them suddenly all burst to the same channel where a music video plays and way too many screens.

and it means that nico's immediately starts rapidly bonking his clone over the head like a whack-a-mole because it's not a real sword so who the hell cares. the clone is writhing to get out of her grip though. ]

Think we could ziptie him down? [ he is TIRED. ]

[WHY DID I KNOW IT WAS GONNA BE THIS SONG

nimona lets out a yelp when the music starts, but honestly, it makes her kind of amped? let's fuckin goooo. nimona holds on as tight as she can, dodging the real nico's bonks.]

Probably?! Can you break out of zipties normally? [waugh

the way he is writhing is driving her nuts though she's just going to kick fake nico's feet out from under him. and probably knock her own ass over like it's a wrestling move is fake nico ready for the people's elbow]

[resumed]

[ we are in fact the same brand of emo garbage that's why. the music, unsurprisingly, also seems to fire him up but and he's doing his best not to whack her with a fake blade as the clone bobs and weaves.

and probably tries to bite her at least once. ]

Probably! But I think I know my tricks better than anybody else. We could probably twist his arms enough that he can't break out of them--

[ and then nimona is bodyslamming his clone to the ground. the clone yelps, but he's busy trying to grapple with her and flip her over to pin her down with a little bit of a static shock. ]

--that works! [ he figures nimona can handle herself, so he's bolting to find zipties. ]

[don't BITE her, what the fuck. like, listen, if he tries to bite her she immediately bites him back and it probably draws blood because she sucks.

off real nico goes to get zipties as nimona lets out a little shriek of rage at being static shocked. he manages to flip her over, but the thing is, her skull is powerful. which is why she headbutts fake nico as hard as she can.

this dazes them both.]

[ people not having weapons is so funny

Vane has an axe? ]

Nic! Careful, man! [ He's guarding by using his axe. ] You can't just swing around all willy-nilly!

[resumed]

[ okay the funniest part of this is that both clone and actual nico stop and just stare at vane. ]

I know what I'm doing. And don't call me that! [ said in perfect sync with one another, except the clone is trying to funnel some electricity into the blade of the axe since vane is here to help. it means nico's moving to strike at the clone's hands again. ]

Do you bring that thing with you everywhere? [ this is almost conversational. ]

[axeswing]

[ Why is he being stared at like he said something offensive. ]

Oh. Then Nicky?

[ Instinctively he takes a step back, pointing the blade of the axe away from Nico and his double. ]

It helps? But this is hard! I don’t wanna crush you — er, double you.

[resumed]

[ vane help. ]

Nico's fine! [ why is it nicknames!! to be fair i guess vane wouldn't realize that nico is technically a shortened version of his actual name anyway, but that doesn't seem to matter, he can be startled about that later. rather, he's busy readjusting the grip on his replica sword to strike back and put some space between him and his clone. ]

Vane, I promise you have all the permission in the world to crush double-me. You have my blessing. [ the clone's rolling his eyes though. ]

"Bold of you to assume you can catch me."

[stunwhistle]

[there is. suddenly a nico clone right in front of will? his first instinct is to grab him to steady him, because he is seeing him from the back and hasn't spotted the mustache.

...

and then he sees that the nico clone is being pursued by a nico without a mustache! so. hm. that's interesting. it's one thing to get the message about people looking like them causing problems; it's something else entirely to be confronted with his boyfriend's clone.]

Umm.

[where is his own clone in all this? it is a mystery. but the real nico will probably get the feeling that someone is watching him from a distance away.]

[resumed]

[ well it's unfortunate that the clone does not actually stop when it crashes into will and gives him a nice widdle electric shock. as a tweat. it's like a static shock so it doesn't hurt him. the real nico on the other hand is busy trying to beat the shit out of his clone but he does actually stop.

danger.

so he whips his head around behind him to see what the fuck is looking at him now while his clone is busy deciding if it wants to get out of will's arms or not. ]

What now?

[stunwhistle]

[now it's ... will!

who is just walking slowly towards nico, clone nico, and real will, casual as anything. his hands are in the front pocket of his hoodie. he looks alm. he smiles at him, even! he has the worlds dumbest mustache.]

Hey, Nico. Aren't you overdoing it with the fighting? You're still hurt.

[resumed]

[ oh. okay. both nicos are just staring at the mustached will, but the real nico is busy raising an eyebrow. ]

I dunno. Aren't you overdoing it with the facial hair? [ the clone at least seems to have settled back to watch even though he's very tempted to shock the real will again. ]

[stunwhistle]

What, you don't like it?

["aren't you overdoing it" doesn't really hit on any of his insecurities, so the will clone lets that one slide off his back and clears the gap between himself and the real nico, giving him a once-over as if he's evaluating him for injuries.]

Hmm. Well, it's not going to be any fun like this. [what does that mean, clone will? nico will get an answer a moment later - one hand comes out of his hoodie pocket to reach for his cheek to cup it, and he leans in, humming and singing a soft hymn in ancient greek before going for a kiss.

the real will splutters, and his fingers dig into clone nico's arms.]

Hey, you can't just—!

[...kiss nico's wounds better? because that's kind of what's going on here. he'll feel the usual sunlight and warmth as his injuries get a mid-tier heal, and the clone lets go of his cheek to cross over to clone nico and real will. another appraising look, another hum and hymn in ancient greek, and will's injuries get a mid-tier heal too.

clone will pulls his other hand out of his hoodie, and gives the scalpel he's holding a little twirl.
